Phyllis Lim has over 25 years of experience in the social service sector, supporting individuals, families, persons with special needs and vulnerable seniors across institutional and community settings. She is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and Field Supervisor with the Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW).
She is also an Associate Faculty member at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), where she serves as a part-time lecturer and instructor with the S R Nathan School of Human Development. Her work focuses on social work, gerontology, and community services, where she has made significant contributions.
