About the Session

The ICB Practice Collective is a reflective community practice space where participants come together to engage in dialogue, contemplation, and shared learning grounded in Buddhist thought and everyday life.

This session, “Reset, Restore, Rebalance,” invites participants to take a step back from the busyness of daily life and reconnect with what truly nourishes the mind and heart. Through guided activities, reflective discussions, and Buddhist-inspired practices, we will explore how to let go of what no longer serves us, restore inner clarity, and cultivate greater balance in our everyday lives.

Whether you’re navigating life’s challenges, seeking moments of stillness, or simply looking for a supportive community to reflect and grow with, this session offers a welcoming space to pause, reset, and move forward with renewed intention.

Whether you’re exploring Buddhism for the first time or looking to deepen your practice, all are warmly welcome.
