Betty Tan

Betty Juliana Tan holds a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Leicester, UK. She brings over 20 years of regional leadership experience across Asia Pacific, having served in senior management roles including Vice President and Managing Director in multinational organisations. Throughout her corporate career, she led strategic transformation and built collaborative, high-performing teams across diverse markets.

Now a Leadership Development Facilitator and Coach, Betty hopes to contribute her experience in helping to build a consistent and welcoming place for the study and practical application of the Dharma within the Buddhist community. Having encountered the linguistic challenges of deepening her own understanding of Chinese Mahayana teachings, she appreciates the importance of making these teachings more accessible to the English-speaking community. She remains committed to supporting the practical integration of the Dharma into daily life — at work, at home, and within society — and welcomes fellow practitioners to learn and grow together in wisdom and compassion.
